Amazon India — non delivery of product i have paid for even after two months.

My order of arrow paper bags with dots dated 2nd november with you has not yet been delivered. I have already complained about its non delivery, but nothing has happened.
Have waited patiently... Please send it to me asap or refund the money.
It is not the product i am complaining about, since it has not yet reached me, but the non delivery of the item even after all this time.

I had order HP laptop on 18 Jan 2018, the product that I have received does not have graphics card. I had called the customer service 3 times but their technical support doesn't respond properly. Please help me out from this issue
