Amazon India — non-reimbursement of courier charges of rs 1500 for returning back defective product | |||
I purchased vr launch bundle from "best deals and sales" through amazon-india. When i received the product it was not working. On informing the seller, i was told to return back the complete package in as it is condition i returned back the package. I paid courier charges of rs 1500 for returning the package by professional courier proservice tracking no pro5840617 dtd 26.10.17 i was refunded the product price but the couriier charges were not refunded. In spite of repeated emails to the seller and to amazon along with copy of courier receipt (Attached), the courier charges of rs 1500 for returning back the defective product to the seller were not reimbursed to me.
