Amazon India — non response from customer care | |||
I have ordered one mobile handset from amazon india on 28/09/2019 vide order no.[protected] and paid an amount of 12599/- through my sbi visa debit card. The mobile set was delivered on 29/09/2019 but as per the advertisement shown in the site amazon india has not given the instant cash back refund of 10% till date. No response to the numerous complaint / feedback to the amazon india customer care. I am enclosing the order / payment details for reference. Was this information helpful? | |||
