Amazon India — Not able to place order

I want to purchase two mobile phone stands costing Rs 299/ each. I have typed my houses address in vellore for delivery. the items are in the cart. I am not able to proceed with the payment/ I have tried my best and I have miserably failed. I am trying for the past three days. help line numbers are not responsive. Pl advice and guide me. thanks'
