I have purchased Lenovo 4k monitor - Ordered on 27 May 2022 Order#[protected]. The 4k was not working and I was not able to save the brightness control.
So CC created a pickup and I got another monitor. The new monitor also has the same issue. So cc said they will return the item and refund the money.
They have crated pickup for 4 times and the same were got cancelled. Whenever I call CC says next time surely it will pickup. As pickup was cancelled 4 times, cc said they will initiate refund. So the refund was initicated on 17-June-2022 and asked to wait for 5 days. But when I contact after 5 days, cc is saying the Saswati was telling ties and didnt initiate the transfer.

So I am not sure how to return the item and get the money back. Amazon cc was not able to explain why the pickup was cancelled. Not really sure why they are telling lies every time and giving false promises.
It would be great if I can get the refund at the earliest
