Amazon India — Not delivered my consignment on receipt of advance payment | |||||
Dear sir, I have given order (order reference no. order#[protected] dt 17.10.2016) of rs. 595/- to amazon india. there was 2 different items. i have received only one items out off that two. another item was missing. i have raised my voice to amazon customer care immediately on 20.10.2016 when they updated the delivery status as successful, though i have not received that item. i told them to check my consignment they told 1st that the consignment is with courier guy after that they have asked 7 days time to deliver a fresh but till now i have not clear what happen with my consignment. so please resolve the issue.
