Amazon India — Not delivered paid stuff

I ordered a LYF water F1s mobile phone on may 1 I and payment is done successfully through credit card.but still haven't delivered the ordered stuff.I mailed several times and get the answer is wait for three daysl wait more than nine day but there was no response from the company.my order
ID is 405_[protected] dated 11/5/2017..I contacted many times to the seller through email and phone calls. If you can not delive ed the ordered stuff repay the amount as early as possible

Updated by Shibusudevan I ordered a lyf water f1s mobile on 11/5/2017 and paid succesfully[protected] is my order id . But still haven"t delivered the paid stuff. I mailed you several times to inform the matter.But get still now it is not delivered, if you can"t delivered the stuff refund the money i paid
