Hi,
The company has not delivered many orders. We have been chasing and they get returned from the final delivery station.
They don't go out for delivery and then we have to ask for refund and place new orders which again don't arrive. This is very time consuming and stressful for a consumer.
Each time they say you will receive the order when I call them or chat. These are false promises. If they cannot deliver the order, they should not deduct money. Please raise this issue with Amazon.

*For this order,[protected], I have not received refund as their courier has not collected the item Hellozone Mobile Cover, they have booked collection thrice, once on 06.04, 07.04 and 09.04.
I am still awaiting refund, this issue is not resolved I had to contact them around 5 times for this item itself which costed me money and time.
Please resolve this.
