Amazon India — not delivering product

Hi, i booked ear phones you are showing it will come at 9 nov 2017. But up to now iam not getting. How much time you will take, why you are taking this much of time for small product's. I think you taking more days for on purchase of mobile's or other accessories.
I think i will expect exact answer for this question. Please take speed and care of products thank you.
