Amazon India — not delivering product on dated

Dear sir,
With reference to the above order no.#[protected], i regret to inform you sir, that the
Above order is ready to deliver by the courier vide sms dated[protected] by amz agent ([protected])
And sms dated[protected] by amz agent ([protected]) and we have contacted both the persons
To deliver immediately and assure that they will deliver by the end of the day and in the evening at 8.16pm
We receive the sms we could not deliver the order and as we could not contact on the phone. As soon as we recieve the sms we have contacted both the agents who did not response to our phone calls. After paying the
Amount and waiting for a long period we are unable to get the products.
Therefore i kindly request you sir if you are unable to deliver in time you credit the amount to my account.
