[Resolved]  Amazon India — not delivering products but marking it as delivered

Amazon is doing this repeatedly that it doesn't deliver the product and marks it delivered and when ever we call back the standard answer is "your package was scanned by mistake". Later you may or may not receive the package. Even they do not refund for that product. We have recorded all the calls and details if those are available. List of few orders that we faced issue are[protected],[protected],[protected]. The reality is that they scan your product on purpose saying it as delivered and they deliver it or not based on their delivery executive's mood. My order was supposed to be delivered before 9pm of 2nd november. It was scanned and marked delivered but until now i. E., 6pm of 3rd november, we haven't received the product. If it was scanned by mistake that proves that the delivery executive had my product. Then why wasn't it delivered to me even the next day?
My order with tracking id[protected] is still not delivered and refund is declined.
Also it cannot be a mistake that it was scanned and marked as delivered. It was also mentioned that it is delivered to our security guard. This is the usual delivery guy who did it and knew our security guard. Hence these comments were mentioned.

We have perused the complaint received from Mr. Avinash Gupta ("Complainant")and find that the Complainant is concerned about the refund for the purchase made by him from the independent third party seller vide Order ID:[protected], on www.amazon.in ("Website").
It is submitted that the refund worth Rs.199.00 as requested and required by him was processed into his original payment method on 16th August, 2019, vide Refund Reference Number[protected].
The refund has been made from the nodal account managed by the designated bank as per the RBI circular dated 24.11.2009 on operation of nodal account: https://www.rbi.org.in/scripts/NotificationUser.aspx?Mode=0&Id=5379.
Further, it is submitted that our role is limited to that of an intermediary and we are not the seller/manufacturer of the products listed on our Website. The products listed on our Website are sold by independent third party sellers.
In view of the above, the issue stands closed.
