Amazon India — Not giving refund after returning the product | |||||
I have buy a UCB shoes from amazon and it was delivered to me and then i returned the product and asking for refund and they took the product now, when i call them for refund, then they are saying that the product have not been delivered to you and was returned to seller, so refund will not be done then i send them a mail and i am attaching that also and now they are not replying for my email. Your Return pickup for[protected] was successfully completed. We'll notify once the refund/replacement is initiated. Details: http://amzn.in/d64KBM7 Above is my order o[censored]CB shoes received on 28th dec 2016 and was returned to amazon on 31st dec 2016 and by-mistake it goes with the invoice. Now I am continue talking to your support team regarding my refund they said the refund is initiated on 3rd and will be credited to your account by 3-4 working days, and today i got to know that from your end that the package has not been delivered by your courier partner and neither they took the reverse pick up and this is the final mail from my side on this and now I am impatience and below i am attaching the transaction details.
