Amazon India — Not processed cash back as per offer

I have purchased through amazon now online and on mobile from time to time in mar, apr and may 2017. I am eligible for cash back (As amazon pay balance credit) as per the offer terms and conditions. I need to get rs.1300/- inspite of complaining about this to amazon help desk, no actions taken. My customer id is [protected]@in. Ibm.com
