Amazon India — Not received Gift Card : Fraud

Hi, I had purchased EDDY tablet in 12 March 2015. The company had brought an promotional offer of Rs.4000/- that included 1500/- bumper cover, 1500/- software (mango) and 1000/- gift card (to be released after 30 days of purchase, so that customer cannot avail the return policy) I received the product with bumper case and software uploaded but still haven’t received any gift card, as per the offer. I been in contact with amazon customer care from 25 April, 2015 and they have still not provided me with any solution. I have written numerous email and calls to customer care but still they are clueless. It is purely a case of fraud and sale of good of misleading advertisement.
