Amazon India — Not received the product I ordered | |||||
I had placed an order on Amazon.in for tampered glass which was supposed to be delivered on 20th Oct but it is 28th Oct today and I have not received it even the Amazon customer care couldn't track it now because of Amazon mistake the phone which is newly bought has a crack in the glass. Whenever I call customer care they tell me this order is of outside seller and the outside seller calls next morning and tells he will look into the matter and solve it by evening and revert but nothing is done he doesn't even care to call back..please help Was this information helpful? | |||||
