I have purchased a product but payment has not been yet.
I have purchased the product from 15 th october and amozone service team is not responsing properly. I have paid threw credit card and team was saying i have also refund that amount but i don't get the money any amount from there side.
My amount is 699 rs.
I want refund my amont till date.

[protected] tracking ID is showing as if the goods are delivered on[protected] at theni ..

We have not received the items so far ...

On contacting the delivery agent, no proper reply from them ...

Why this FRAUDULENT UPDATION by your agent in tracking details
