Amazon India — Not returning my courier charges of rs 3200

I had purchased a microwave oven from amazon and they had given me in a damaged condition and they requested me to courier it by myself and they will return the whole courier amount of rs3200 now its been more than 1 month they are not refunding my amount. They are always saying that they will transfer the amount in my bank account directly or they will issue the cheque but they are not transferring me my money back.
