I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding a recent purchase I made on Amazon. I purchased a Pebble Watch on 10th March with Order ID Order#[protected], but the product I received was not as advertised. The product was of poor quality, and I feel cheated after buying it.
I immediately contacted Amazon's customer service department to return the product, but I was informed by Muhammad, a member of Amazon's leadership team, that the product could only be replaced and not returned. This denial of my request for a return is a violation of my consumer rights, as I have the right to choose between a return or replacement in case of a faulty product.
I would like to assert my consumer rights and seek a resolution to this matter. I request that Amazon arrange for a return of the product and provide me with a full refund for the purchase price.
