Amazon India — not returning the product money

I had ordered the shoes on 12 oct 2017 of rs10020.00. Which i had returned on 23-oct 2017. I have also the returning receipt,
It been about one and half months and i din't got my money back. I m expecting that soon i will get my money back. Hope i can get the response about the same.
