Amazon India — Not working dry iron received | |||||
Order no order #[protected]dry iron) received damaged-not working. Trying from first day to return back (the day i received the iron). contacted amazon people so many times via mail/customer care no but not resolved. Had last conversation with amazon people - gulsan/ jatin / vachaspati over phone no[protected] and they said they will return back my money if i myself return the iron via-post. My complain is :- 1. why they did not check that iron before shipping as not working and intimated very first day by myself.. 2. why should i return the iron - why cant they send to person and get back the iron. 3. online shopping generally we do to save few money and and to save time by not visiting offline store in city 4. have they mentioned in their site that return policy (goods get back by themselves) is not available on particular/respective pin code where they have delivered the same goods.
