Amazon India — offer related 1000 not received cashback

We have paid electricity bill 20000 and offer is going on we will get cashback upto 5000 but i am expecting only 1000 but still i have not received in my account i am requesting you to please help and sort out from that issue and waiting for cashback immediately in my account.
Kindly raised that issue to concern department and provide us the final resolution.
