[Resolved] Amazon India — one plus five mobile | |||||
I ordered this gadget on 22nd june and paid via net banking. They gave the estimated date as 28th june. I waited till then. On 28th june, in midnight 10:40pm, i m getting a message of "delivery sucessful". I never recieved the product and talked to the customer care immediately. They said that there maybe some fault and please wait till 1st july for the deliveryman. I waited and called them back for issuing a refund to me. They said we have processed your refund on 6th july and it will be processed till 5-7 business days. After patiently waiting till 11th july, i called them back for the status update. They told me to again wait till 13th july. This was too much! Now they are giving me the reference number and saying that your bank has a fault in issuing the refund. I called up my bank and asked them about the same via reference number. They said we need utr number and the details about the account from which the refund is being sent. The amazon people arent willing to even tell me neither utr number nor their account nor even my account details to which they have processed the refund. I even visited my bank to check whether there are any transactions misplaced but there were none. I m really disappointed after all this happening. 33000/- is a big amount and amazon has to refund it asap. Dont let your name be banished in the society please. Was this information helpful? | |||||
