Amazon India — oneplus 5- billing issue mumbai 29 | |||||
I had placed an order of above mentioned mobile for my official usage on 16th oct 2017, i wanted to add my company's name in the invoice since the bill is expected to be paid by my company. I had called their customer care team for order cancellation so that i can make alteration in the billing, the agent said you don't need to worry about this, we can alter the billing once your product is in transit but when i received the package i found no changes in that, now amazon's agents are telling we can't do anything about that, instead of giving any solution to this matter, he was offering me 500 rs telling that we can give you this amount as amazon's goodwill.
