Amazon India — Online purchase refrigerator

Hi,
I had purchased alag refrigerator, received today, my family group was to small in size, i tried to replace the product, but they informed me not possible.
I am ready to pay extra for transportation as well.
This was not informed in the website that, return was not possible.
