Amazon India — oppo f3 (gold) | |||||
I had placed a order of oppo on amazon on 15th july at 17341/-. Estimated delivery was said to be 22 - 24 july. I started following up soon after (18 calls till 24 july) because i was unavailable at the address after 22nd. The item was finally dispatched on 18th and no update status after that. Now they have raised refund (Without asking me). I ordered from amazon because luckily i found the same product at a lower price than any other website. I kept asking them to check the status so that we could take a quicker action. But nothing happened. As soon as i received the refund message i contacted customer service to file for replacement and not refund. They offered my a 500 amazon voucher, but i wasnt looking for a bribe. I was wanting to buy a gift for someone from my hard earned money (The phone was 80% of my salary). None of the cs team member contacted me to update me on the product. The mental strain i have gone through in these days was really too much. 2 calls daily to let them know that i am still not getting any updates and requesting them to check and let me know. One executive even mentioned it is in the area of delivery. But there wasnt any. I am highly surprised along with being disappointed that amazon has gone to having such a laid-back attitude.
