I would like to inform you that i bought a mobile phone with my idbi debit card ending in 2022 on amazon.in for an amount of rs.7540 which was cancelled and refund processed by amazon on 30september, 2019 for rs7540 which reference number is - orzv1aawooookop201lx Cust id[protected] Account number-[protected] According to your banking policy it should have credited in 10 business at maximum but more then 10 days already passed. Now the amount is not credited till date as 15october 2019. I request you to kindly resolve the matter and credit the amount back into my account at the earliest. Was this information helpful? | |||
