I tried to buy rakhi on amazon site with fast delivery before 18th aug'16, but they are unable to deliver the said rakhi with gift on/or before 18th aug, even after requesting to pay extra charges as per their rules. Also they need payment confirmation prior providing delivery date, which is totally unacceptable, why a coustomer has to share his/her credit card all details prior confirmation of delivery date. Tried to explain/clarify the same with mr. Raghav on their helpline number but he was not ready to take my complain and provide. Regards.
