Amazon India — ORDER #[protected] & ORDER #[protected] : Incorrect delivery status by Amazon Courier team And Unethical Behavior of Courier boy | |||||
Since from 12 DEC 2016 i am facing the below issue: * Ordered SG VS 319 Xtreme English Willow Cricket Bat, Short Handle cricket bat on 12 DEC : Order#[protected] The tracking status from them says "Out for delivery". The delivery was never attempted and i did not received any call from delivery agent and the records updated as Courier was unable to contact recipient, Customer not available, etc fake messages. On calling the customer agent they say that your product will be delivered in 24 hours, but having no luck... Lastly, I cancel the order and again place the new order for same product as per the conversation with Amazon support staff On: 20 December 2016 But the problem is same The tracking status from them says "Out for delivery". The delivery was never attempted and i did not received any call from delivery agent and the records updated as Courier was unable to contact recipient, Customer not available, etc fake messages. Even I call courier boy on his cell number provided but his response is very unethical and not picking up the phone when I called him again. For sure this is my last purchase from Amazon.in as this is my worst e-shopping experience yet. But still not believes and acceptable - IS THIS IS HOW AMAZON INDIA OPERATES?
