Amazon India — order:[protected] not delivered | |||
Dear team, I have purchased a product in amazon.in and placed the order (#[protected] on 13th may 2017 paid the sum of rs. 8550/- online. I am told that the order will be delivered to me between 1st - 16th jun 2017 but my order is not delivered until now. Initially, i contacted amazon customer care about my concern and they told that they intimated the seller about this and they will reach me with an update. All the time, they promise me some date but my order is still not delivered. Now, i am not able to contact amazon customer care, the automated voice response says that they can't fetch my order details. I have been contacting the seller through email since then but i am receiving no proper response. Are we in stone age? Why is that a order made on 13th may 2017 is not delivered yet though i made payment online? Why a customer has to reach them for the update all the time? I am much frustrated and wanted to pull both amazon.in as well as the seller for legal actions. Request some to guide me through it. Was this information helpful? | |||
