Amazon India — order #[protected] dinner set | |||
I have placed subject mentioned order and at the time of delivery i have made payment online via upi and which was debited from my account. But delivery person said he did not receive money and taken back the packet inspite of my successful payment. When i contacted customer helpline customer care executive said they have received my payment and packet will be delivered shortly. Again he came to deliver today - 16.01.2020 and again asked for the money in cash which i had already paid yesterday. Finally to take the packet i had to pay him cash of rs.2200 and online payment also been made. Total amount i paid is 4400. While talking to cce they said my online payment will be refunded within 5-7 days time. But did not receive any mail or message regarding this refund. Was this information helpful? | |||
