Amazon India — order[protected] partially fulfilled

[protected] for two identical mattresses jas been partially fulfilled with the seller, Springtek Mattresses, clarifying it received an order for one mattress only. The Amazon Fulfilled order shows status of second matress as Delayed, Not Yet Shipped. It has been over a month since the order was placed and money paid in full for two mattresses. No response from Amazon amd their Customer Service is difficult to reach. This is causing me hardship amd extra expense as I live in Mumbai and the delivery address is in Goa, i.e. a second trip now has to be made at my expense if and when the mattress is delivered. Apalling service from Amazon India. I hope someone there is reading this complaint and will do something about it.
