Amazon India — order#[protected] nokia 6.1 plus ordered with wrong delivery option | |
I ordered a mobile without knowing i selected regular delivery on 27th august 2019 3:00am and the product is showing yet to be shipped till now (29th august 2019). I called customer service and the response i got is we don't have access to verify where the product is, the tracking is only enabled only after the shipment is done. Its been i am call from 28th august 2019 to see if i can get it early. Also i am ready to pay for the day delivery option. I don't have a way to change the option from my end also customer service team end. As per amazon the product has to be shipped with in 24 to 48 hours or else customer should be informed for the delay. Tracking is not proper and customer service is not proper and it is a leading company all over the world. [rita, kamal, mounika were the executives]. Customer service team is also talking about their designations over call. Do i really need to know what position they are in as a customer? I am also in a good position compared to them. Amazon has to have a good candidates as a service team. Hope i will get a proper response here at least. Was this information helpful? | |
