Order nos[protected]
I had returned both- Latest chikan men's cotton Long Kurta (light blue) as well as the Latest chikan Men's Cotton Textured kurta (brown) on July 31st.
But i received the refund only for the second item above (textured brown kurta) of Rs 649.
I am still awaiting the refund for the first item (Blue long kurta) of Rs 699.
Despite repeated calls and chat with amazon customer service, the status for the Blue kurta is showing as - "Return Not yet received'.
This is incorrect, as i had returned both items.
I was promised by a customer care executive - Shreya-on Aug 12th that she will give me the resolution
by Aug 19th, however, there is no word from her.
