Amazon India — Order cancelled by the company and not delivering it.

I ordered a moto g turbo edition seller : cloudtail(White) on amazon.In dated 28-march-2016 for which i have selected the payment as cod. For the same i got confirmation message that it will be delivered to me by 2-april-2016.In the order history i can also see that my order is successfully placed and will be delivered to me. But on the next day when i checked it the order history for that particular was not present i cannot see the order.I call the customer service to assist me for this but they replied me in a very unethical behavior that my order will not be delivered and is no longer a validated one and is cancelled by the company. I have also taken screenshot for the references. The order number is as #[protected]
