Amazon India — order dispatched at different address

What the hell is this. This packet is not recived to me last 3 days and today you text me this packet delivered me at my updated address raniyan. This is totaly fraud i want my packet you are give me wrong tracking detail. This packet delivered at different address in[protected] not in my updated address. Give me acctual report and give me my packet
And after i talk to coustomer service he say forget your problem and placed new item and he say this is not my problem. I can't solve this so plzz help me
