Amazon India — Order get late delivery date extended by amazon and after that day it also not delivered and they have reorder | |||||
My order order #[protected] get late and delivery date is extended from amazon service there customer committing false commitment that order will reached to you at given deliver date. I had asked them how this is possible its 6 pm of last day of delivery they told no sir there's day remaining and we taking full responsibility to deliver the order. And after that day they extended the delivery date to 2 nov and at this time they can't deliverd my order and make reorder without any premises. This is very disgusting amazon services and customer care representative, their customer representative is not at all professional and always makes false commitment for gift card not even they send the apology gift card. They made fake promises and kept me waiting. Their customer care not even asked you to any other problem and disconnect the chat and call and irritating behavior of low quality service. I am worked in mnc service head office and know the procedure so in my view they are really disgusting and uncared for anything. Was this information helpful? | |||||
