Order date is of 17 Oct and the piece delivered was broken and defective, I have initiated return- pickup- refund 8 times, No response till date.
Customer Care is helpless, I have also approached amazonpay-grievance-officer, amazonpay-nodal-officer through email id

[protected]@amazonpay.in
No response from them too
My request is that refund must be made irrespective of the pickup
