Ordered an Shure SE215 ear phones on 19th Feb 2016. It was delivered on time. The ear phones were used and damaged. I requested a return and the product was picked up from me on 29th Feb. Ever since then I haven't heard of any thing so far after sending so many emails asking for an update. I'm I going to have a refund or a replacement? What happening?
