Amazon India — Order informed returning and charged for two order

Dear sir,
i am very disappointed with service i am getting from
amazon. i have ordered crucial 1 tb hdd and 8gb ram. order id[protected] but it was not delivered to me. i have received message it is rejected by you and returning to seller. i enquired with customer care . i was told by customer care person aniket that the package is found damaged hence it is returning to the seller. he also send mail to me. i have attached herewith. i also asked me should i order another product now. he told me you order another product as this product will be returned to seller and will not be delivered to you. please check call recording also .so i ordered same product with other company brand from amazon oreder id[protected]. i have ordered two products ram and harddisk. on 15th sep he given me two package. the product which is was returning to seller is also delivered to me. and product which i order with company brand is also delivered to me. as i have ordered two product ram and harddisk i collected two packages. later i found that both harddisk and ram packed in single package. such two packtet given to me. i have informed customer care immediately two orders have delivered to me. and product showing non returnable. they told me after 24hrs you can return the product. but after 24hrs on 17th and 19th when i called to they straighly deneing to return the product.
