I am the registered Amazon account holder and wish to raise a consumer complaint regarding non-receipt of an order that has been incorrectly marked as “Delivered” in Amazon’s system.

The above order was placed from my Amazon registered account and was scheduled to be delivered to my residential address. However, the product was never received at the delivery location.
My wife, who was present at the address and is the intended recipient, has clearly confirmed that no delivery attempt was made and no package was received, despite Amazon marking the order as delivered.

Recipient confirmation
OTP verification record
GPS delivery scan
Delivery photograph
