Amazon India — Order mishap/ cheaters. | |||||
I orderred moto g turbo and later on i received an email saying that the order is cancelled. I have paid 4999 rs which are blocked now for 4-5 days, so who is responsible for that and if there was any glitch in the site them why do they accept the payments they should have to decline the payments, amazon is making fake promotional offers which is deprecating its image. They cheating us and circulating our money for their own profit. I took money from other person and i have to pay him interest. I tried chatting to resolve the issue and the customer rep offered me 200 gift card, then later two supervisors offered me 350 gift card, later on the manager denied it to me when i told him that i work for customer service as well.
