Amazon India — Order no #[protected] | |||||
I had placed an order for Moto G Turbo at Amazon India on March 27th 2016 . I had placed my order through Cash On Delivery. Confirmation mail for the product was sent to me but after few hours the order cancelled by amazon. The issue was that the market price of that product was Rs 12499 till yesterday but on 27th March a promocode was accepted by the amazon for this product and the value of this promocode was Rs 7, 500. They accepted the promocode when I applied and I placed the order. According to the cash on delivery payment mode I had to pay remaining Rs 4, 999 at the delivery time . But Amazon cancelled my order and after asking for the reason they are telling that there was a technical glitch & due to that they can not fulfil the order.They are telling that if they complete this order then they have to suffer from huge loss, a minimum of Rs 7, 500 per order. If they had not to complete this order then why they promised for this order. I want the product at what price they promised. After asking from customer support team they are telling that they can not provide any help for this order as directed by the management team. Amazon has cheated me . Please solve this issue. I want my order.I have atteached few snapshots related to this order. Please take any needy action so that they do not try to cheat any customer in future. Was this information helpful? | |||||
