Amazon India — order not delivered.delivery agent never came and put the status as parcel held for payment | |||||
I had ordered a world cup t shirt (Order#[protected] that was supposed to be delivered to me on 20.06.2018 a text message confirmed the same. The delivery guy denied to deliver the parcel saying it was with some other person and updated on the system that delivery attempted but parcel held back for payment . Parcel was never delivered by the guy Asif([protected]), who denied delivery on 20.08.2018 and 21.08.2018. Tried locating my parcel and unable to do so Customer care team can't figure out why can they not deliver it today as promised? Pathetic delivery service by amazon where the delivery guys are least bothered to make the delivery on time putting customer unavailable from their own will Was this information helpful? | |||||
