[Resolved]  Amazon India — Order not delivered on promised date. Long delay in delivery.

Hi, My Amazon order no.:[protected] which was supposed to be delivered on the same day under my Prime subscription has not been delivered till now even after 4 days. The extended deadline was 2 days. However, even that was not maintained. Customer Support Team is talking very rudely and Social Media Team is going on asking for more time to investigate further on my issue. It has really become a joke now. No one is able to tell me what exactly is going on with my order and when can I expect to receive it. They are not even ready to provide a replacement for the same product in my order. Prime subscription is really a joke now. I want my order delivered ASAP or I want a replacement of my product ASAP. Earlier Amazon's Chairman Mr. Jeff Bezos' abroad customer support team had assured me that such incidents won't happen in the future with me, but in this same week I faced the same issue with 4 of my orders. If a Prime subscriber faces such issues then what will normal customers do? Please look into my issue and get my order delivered ASAP.
