I placed an order for 4 items, but upon delivery, I only received 2 of them. On delivery date, I made a call to Amazon's customer care and they raised a complaint. On 22 Sept 2023 they set an investigation and their investigation revealed that all four items were delivered. I requested a complaint number from Amazon, but unfortunately, they abruptly ended the phone call. After this, I made a contact to the delivery person, he confirmed that only 2 items were delivered. Subsequently, when I reached out to the company's office, they acknowledged receiving only 2 items from Amazon they also have a record, and they are ready to provide it.
This was really a bad experience. I made a contact to Solimo helpdesk and they said that its amazon's fault. Was this information helpful? |
