My query is with respect to the my order Livronic® Wet and Dry Cotton Pad Floor Mop delivery fraud, this product status showed as delivered but I did not receive the actual product (product details attached).
This is first time I have witness this type of issue where status of product order shows as delivered without the actual delivery of product. I did raise the complain with customer care team on 7th Jan 2023, I received feedback today that investigation team have concluded product been delivered to customer, no more support could be provided from amazon team. This feedback from amazon customer care means I am being dishonest and deceitful. I just cant think of being dishonest for 600 Rs, my transaction with amazon is more than 50, 000 rs
So its ridiculous for your investigation team to conclude this query simply saying product been delivered. Just as a matter of transparency, could you share the investigation report (I really doubt any investigation was done as I didn’t receive any complain number etc) with me. I am wondering how investigation team completed investigation without discussing with me.
Its clear case of fraud either from merchant team or from delivery (logistic) team, so amazon being the responsible party should further check with the logistic team for details of delivery person who was responsible for delivering the product, I am also ready to connect with responsible delivery person provided I get his contact details!
