Updated by raj266 I have booked a wireless headphone on dt 25 feb 2018 (Order id:[protected] which shows delivery date 03 march 2018 (Saturday) so i booked the product. On 03 march 2018 the order delivery status shows that the package is out for delivery (The phone no of delivery agent given), i call on the given no. Of the delivery agent it goes switch off at 11:30 am so i contact to
amazon representative and inform him about this i verify that and agreed to me that the delivery agent phone is switched off and he give me words that you do not panic the product will delivered on 03 march 2018 before 8 pm, full day i keep on calling to delivery agent but his phone goes switched off. I inform again this to
amazon representative but they again confirmed and promised me that the product will be delivered at 8 pm. But around 8 pm the delivery status updated showing that "the delivery agent is unable to contact to you so cannot delivered the product". Delivery agent phone switched off for full day is it my fault, at last they update the customer is unable to contact it is #.
The matter is yet not finished i will take it to consumer court i pay to
amazon in advance on 25022018 on the commitment of delivery of the product on dt 03032018, they back-off from their commitment.

I speak to sr. Supervisor mr. Deepak agra circle (I have doubt he told the correct name, rank and posting circle) on talking to him it seems to me that they have no fear o complaint and its the monopoly as payment already received by
amazon and they think now the customer is fool and can't do any thing this kind of attitude of
amazon representative will one take
amazon to the lowest point in the service matters.
I just want compassion and justice for all this happens to me, how mentally a customer have to take to deals with after making a pre payment to
amazon.
I think after filling a complaint and with the reply i got from
amazon i must have to appeal to consumer court and demand compassion from
amazon.
