Hi team, I am very disappointed with amazon and will never in futre will suggest to use amazon to purchage any product. The customer care executives with whom i talked was very rude and he disconnected the call when i told him that the delivery boy who came for pick up checked and matched all details and resetted my phone to default and also donot exchanged my phone. My question is if the exchange was not valid why he resseted my phone. Now the executive are asking me to place new order with high price, why i should pay rs 1000 extra.
