i have given order at amazon Of Rs.11996(2 mobiles)
order id is[protected]
order shows delivered but not received by me or any of my neighbours
i also have cctv footage that no one came from amazon to deliver on that day
i have complaints so many times on amazon but they have not solved my issue and blocked my account
i also complaint to courier of amazon but courier persons of amazon are doing hera pheri of products. i have screenshot of one amazon courier person name sandeep mobile no.[protected]. in this screenshot that courier person tells that cash zama kar do maal kal mil jayega.
please do the needfull action against my complaint
