Amazon India — Order#[protected]

Dear All,
I ordered real me narzo grey coloured phone but I received a yellow colored defective piece on which some lining was evident. I immediately called customer service and return was made successfully after iemi etc verification by the pick up guy. NO VERIFICATION STEP WAS BYPASSED.
I have not received the refund as of now and when i contacted customer care they are telling that some key board was there in the return packet.
The product was picked up after due verification by pickup guy and validation by customer support it sounds highly illogical that wrong product will be received at amazons end.
Even if wrong product is there, possibilities for which are too remote, i can not be held liable for that.
In light of above facts i request your high esteem to kindly process my refund asap and enlighten me.
